Here's How it Works

1. Collect and number your pictures in the order you would like them on the presentation.  If supplying photo prints, lightly number the back side or attach an adhesive note to the back of the photo.  We offer a discount if you provide image files, which saves the time and expense of scanning image prints.
2. Select the songs would like used for the presentation.  As a guideline, plan for one song for every 20 to 30 photos.  If you need suggestions or would like us to choose, just let us know.
3. If you'd like captions on specific pictures, write them out and attach to the picture or reference the picture number or filename by the caption text.
4. If you'd like scripture, poem, or a saying in the presentation--write them out and indicate an approximate location (photo number or name) you would like the text displayed.
5. Get all of your pictures, songs, captions, etc to us.  Electronic files can be uploaded directly to our server; we will provide the upload directions upon project initiation.  Printed materials can be sent by mail.
6. Once we've received everything, we will begin working on your presentation.
7. Once completed, you will get an email with a link to view the presentation.  At that time you will be able to review, change and/or add to the presentation.  This is your opportunity to give us your feedback.  Changes will be made per your request.  We are unique in this respect.  With most similar services you simply get what is put together for you -- with little or no input from you. We believe you should have input and say into the production of your final presentation, which is why we allow you the opportunity to view our initial interpretation of your desires online prior to delivery.  If you desire changes, changes will be made.  If you are happy with the presentation upon viewing, we will produce the final output.  Output will not be produced until you are happy with the product as viewed online.
8. Once you have approved the presentation, a personalized DVD will be burned and delivered to you within 2 days.  Extra DVD's can be purchased for $10 each.  Additional output formats such as Windows Executable, Macromedia Flash, MPEG, Windows Media (WMV), AVI, Quicktime, and others are available as well.

Pricing

The base price is $30.00 and includes up to 30 photos and one background song.  Every product includes the following:

• Photo optimization
• Image and Motion Effects
• Custom Transitions

• Laser Engraved DVD and Case with Full-Color Insert
• Standard delivery lead time is 7 to 10 business days

Available options include:

• Rush processing surcharge; add 50% to package if standard delivery time frame does not meet your needs.  With rush processing, we will have your product ready for review within 5 business days.  Upon approval of the review version, the product would then be shipped overnight (additional shipping charges may apply and would be based on actual charges incurred)
• Video clips; $1.00 per minute of video included in the presentation.  Video clips can be used "as-is" or can be used as background for photos.  Effects and transitions can also be applied to your video segments.
• $1.00 per additional photo^*
• USPS Priority Shipping; pricing based upon materials to be returned -- such as photo prints -- and DVD quantity.
• $2.00 per additional song.
• $2.00 for a personal message screen, closing credits, or lengthy captions such as a special thanks poem, etc.
• Video Clip Conversion from DVD/VHS to Digital File; $3.00 per minute of video segment to be converted.
• Additional Laser Engraved DVD(s); $10.00 each
• Additional Output Format (Windows Executable, Flash, MPEG, Windows Media (WMV), AVI, Quicktime, etc.); $10.00 each
• If printed photos are supplied and we do the scanning, we can provide you a CD of Scanned Photos for $5.00
