Jim was a blessing when my wireless router crashed.  He responded to the call quickly, and had the system up in no time.  He also made sure each each computer on the network was fully functioning.  I have used his services on several occasions, and have always been pleased with his diagnostic skill, and professionalism.  I will most definitely use him for any future computer and network needs.

You did a wonderful job putting together my Dad's 80th birthday DVD.  The special graphics added in meant a lot to everyone in my family.  Most of all, my dad was deeply touched as he sat and watched the DVD with tears filling his eyes.  Thank you for taking a personal interest in the presentation.

I have worked on many projects with Jim Watson, and I have to say that he has a great ability to see a project through to the end.  He always comes through when we have special requests and stays in constant communication with his clients through the process.  He comes highly recommended.

Jim was a key player for the Xamine First Bank of Puerto Rico project.  He was looked to by others on his team for direction and guidance and provides both willingly.  He has delivered quality work; his efforts have been excellent.  While part of the project was not well defined, he went above and beyond to make sure what was delivered met all requirements.  Jim has helped take a fairly inexperienced team and delivered a product for First Bank of Puerto that they can all be proud of.  Jim is a leader and sets a positive example.  His attention to detail helps ensure a quality product.

I played the dvd at Mark's mom's house on sunday morning at the brunch.  Everyone could sit in one room and watch and actually hear the music very well.  They loved it!  There was barely a dry eye in the house.  They kept thanking me for the copies I gave them.  I showed Jeff the other night and he thought it was great.  Thank you so much for all your hard work.  I absolutely love it and have actually been playing it every now and then just cuz I love it.  Cora & Mark were very thankful to have it and thought it was done so well.

Jim has done an outstanding job with the team and becoming acclimated to the new Xamine data warehouse product.  He was the major participant in the evaluation of an ETL tool for inclusion in the Xamine product and did an excellent job in preparing the RFI, talking with vendors, evaluating the product, and ultimately proposing that we incorporate the Business Objects tool within the Xamine product.  When asked to commit to an extremely aggressive timeframe for delivering a sizing for an Xamine interface to CEDAR Document Technologies, he arose to the challenge and delivered with quality.  Jim is extremely thorough.  Jim is definitely a role model within the group and his knowledge, attitude, and dedication to his work are highly respected my members of the team.  We appreciate all of the extra effort that Jim provides.

Jim's performance exceeds expectations.  He is well revered by team members, peers from other teams, and especially the client.  In addition to playing a MAJOR role in the team's success in significantly reducing the project backlog, completing many major 2001 initiatives, Jim developed a very useful, efficient, PC based project/time tracking system used by all local staff (approx 232 users).

Congratulations and thank you for getting FIS through the time tracking transition from PACS to Planview!  This is a remarkable accomplishment..some of what you did that qualifies as 'remarkable' includes:

• The data for which the new interface is built is structured in a completely different way than it was on PACS.  You didn't have the luxury of falling back on FIS Planview's data structure, either (because FIS wouldn't allow you visibility to their Planview schemas).
• The data posted on PACS through 12/31/10 wasn't converted to Planview, so you had to establish a way to associate data coming from 2 unrelated time entry systems for our ongoing service category and project-level reporting.
• You saw and pointed out issues with FIS employee setup that could have only been seen on the 'back end' of Planview, so that we could ask the PMO to make corrections in time for 1/1/11.
• You weren't given any information on Planview until December of 2010, and you built, tested, and replaced our time tracking interface in 6 weeks.  The risk to FIS' ability to stay on-schedule with time management tasks, reporting, and invoicing was very high because of how late we were brought into the project.
• We closed our first month on RBS Planview only 5 days into the new month.  That's the same amount of time that it typically takes us to close a month out on PACS.
• The new time tracking interface is clean.  It's "first time right".
• You worked independently of me and the FIS management team - you did a lot of analyzing and communicating directly with RBS Citizens and the FIS Admins to make this transition happen.
• You accomplished the overall transition on your own - it was all but transparent to me, the other FIS managers, and staff.  The challenges we've had were all associated with RBS Citizens decisions/activities.
