It is sometimes intimidating to set up and configure a new service.  We can help.  With this service, we will get your PC setup for an automated online backup service.

We can install and configure online data backup software to securely protect all of your important files... even ones that are changed or added after our initial service, all automatically!  Pictures, video, music, documents, and more can be saved off-site using this service.

Remote Support

When you have a problem, we can help.  Through your high speed internet connection, we can log-on remotely and provide: Repair, Training, and Installation and Setup services.  Test your connection speed here.

How does remote support work?

We connect to your computer through the Internet safely and securely to repair your computer problem quickly and easily!  When we're finished repairing your computer issue our remote support software is automatically uninstalled, and we cannot connect again unless you start a new connection.

Service is available nationwide.  If you have broadband Internet access (Cable or DSL), help is only a click away.

  1. Contact us to request remote support.
  2. We will walk you through what the service includes and will then take control of your Computer.  You can sit back and watch as the service is performed or feel free to walk away and do other tasks.  If you do have any questions, we will be available via phone or online chat.
  3. At the end of your service we will review the procedure(s) preformed and will disconnect from your computer.

Business Process Automation

Any process performed regularly would benefit from automation; expecially time consuming operations performed manually.  We have helped streamline processes using a variety of technologies.  For example, one customer encountered intermittent data quality issues, which when encountered, would take up to an hour or more to investigate and report.  We implemented a process to scan the databases for potential issues, write a report, and then distribute the report via email to support technicians.
